When we decided to do renovations on our home, we did a lot of research and viewed many homes with completed renovations. We were extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship on homes renovated by Jones Builder. We called Jones Builder and received a detailed and comprehensive quote. Greg listened to our needs and liaised with the architect to ensure the renovations blended with the existing surrounds of our house.
Greg is the only builder/tradesman we have encountered who shows up when he says, completes the job as per quote, and communicates throughout the entire process. Greg's 'hands-on' approach and work ethic carry through to his sub-contractors, he does not accept second rate workmanship.
We absolutely recommend Jones Builder Pty Ltd to anyone.

We recently had extensive renovations to our house undertaken by Greg Jones from Jones Builder. From the beginning of the building project, Greg displayed the highest degree of professionalism. Jones Builder responded quickly to our requirements, including the preparation of the initial quote, starting the renovation project and then throughout the building and renovation process.We appreciated Greg’s informal approach to communicating with us “the client” and valued the input and suggestions he made during the project. This resulted in our renovation turning out even better than we had initially thought. Greg from Jones Builder was personally available throughout the job and met all of the contractual timeframes. Jones Builder's subcontractors were also very professional in their approach, did a great job and most importantly were there on time and when they were supposed to be.
Greg was very helpful with the selection of materials and offered suggestions for design such as styling for a large central staircase which turned out to be cost effective, contemporary and look very elegant. We also found that any suggestions for additional work which varied from the original quote was accommodated for fairly and to a mutually agreed price. This extra work was undertaken quickly, efficiently and integrated seamlessly to the on-going building process.
We would not hesitate to recommend Greg and his Brisbane building and construction company, Jones Builder, to anyone looking to renovate. We will call him again if we need any further renovations done to our house.
